Workmanship Warranty – 1 Year
Croom Home Services is committed to providing exceptional handyman services. I warrant that the workmanship for the services outlined in your project proposal will be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion.
This warranty covers:
- Defects in Workmanship: Any issues arising from errors, mistakes, or substandard craftsmanship during the execution of services.
- Correction of Covered Defects: Should a covered defect become apparent within the warranty period, Croom Home Services will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the faulty workmanship at no additional cost to you.
This warranty does not cover:
- Materials: This warranty is for labor only and does not apply to the materials used or material failure.
- Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover issues arising from normal aging and usage of the completed work.
- Client Negligence or Misuse: Damage or defects resulting from improper use, neglect, abuse, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations or repairs to the work performed by Croom Home Services by the client or other contractors will void this warranty.
- Acts of God: Damage or defects resulting from unforeseen natural events or disasters.
To make a warranty claim:
Please notify me in writing within 30 days of the defect becoming apparent. The claim should include a description of the defect and, if possible, photographic evidence. Croom Home Services will investigate the claim and determine the appropriate course of action. I reserve the right to inspect the work in question to determine whether the workmanship is defective. Failure to provide timely notice as outlined may void this warranty.
